June's Designs is the work of textile artist June Gittins who lives in Worcester.

June has a textile background as a dressmaker, tailor and making home textiles, which has given her a good background for textile manipulation. She has undertaken various City and Guild Embroidery courses and is a member of Worcester Embroiderers Guild.

June uses silks, organza's or hand dyed cotton in vibrant colours to create her current range of handbags, which are developed through layers of colour and texture to create individual pieces.

Her inspiration has come through her travels abroad, visiting countries where vivid, bright colours are use extensively. She undertakes private commissions, creating personalised handbags for weddings and special occasions.
